Ensure that accurate records are being kept for i.e. luggage storage, Check-In and Check-Out, Fax Message deliveries, etc.
Store guest’s luggage according to the hotel’s SOPs.
Always greet the guest with a smile and where possible address them by name.
To transport the guest’s luggage to his/her room in an efficient and courteous manner ensuring no damage is caused to the luggage or contents.
Use the department’s forms and records according to the Jumeirah standards for Document Control.
