Job Description
- To ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the guest services and information services.
- To ensure that all guest messages/mail/telexes/parcels are handled and distributed within 20 minutes of receipt.
- To forward mail as requested by the guests and maintain a record.
- To handle unclaimed mail and arrange to have it returned periodically.
- To ensure that an up-to-date extensive selection of booklets, guides, maps and brochures is available and maintained at all times.
- To ensure that stamps are available at all times and are affixed in the presence of the guest.
- To ensure that the desk is sufficiently manned at all times.
- To make airline reservations/re-confirmations/re-endorsement and purchase tickets from the hotel's authorised Travel Agent.
