Agile Coach

Lithe Transformation is partnering with a global name in banking consultancy providing agile support for the digital transformation of a financial services enduser in Abu Dhabi.

Were looking for an enterpriselevel Agile coach from a banking/finance background to provide coaching at all levels from Csuite to team level. You will have a consultancy mindset of flexibility and creative solutions. We want someone who will provide bespoke problemsolving and efficiency improvement strategies not quote page 32 paragraph 5 of the Scrum manual! However to back this up you will have to be a highly experienced and committed agilist and coach. (It is most likely you will have been an Agile Coach for quite a few years rather than a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager).

The above is a picture of what and who were looking for. At this stage were really looking for people who are settled residents in the UAE and not looking for accommodation or relocation assistance. If youre an Emirati national so much the better! Its an onsite role although there may be some flexibility for home working once established in the contract. Should we not find the right person from this resource pool we will open it up to people relocating and readvertise at that time.

Were offering an initial contract of 36 months to be confirmed by the client although this may be extended to 12 months.
