Roles & Responsibilities
· Responsible for General Process Procedure (GPP), plans, organizes and manages the Engineering process of the company / projects.
· Ensure that the engineering department adheres to the company policies and procedures to ensure successful delivery of Project requirements.
· Ensure the project Quality Management, System supports deliverables preparation and method of execution.
· Generate and authorize key documents including those directing Engineering strategy and implementation.
· Manage the Technical Scope and ensure instructions are issued to allow work to progress.
· Facilitate agreement between conflicting requirements and lead the way forward.
· Challenge working method and deliverables.
· Ensure project team knowledge sharing and comply with project scope.
