Software Developer

Position Overview: As a Software Developer specializing in Node.js you will play a critical role in designing developing and maintaining highperformance applications. You will work closely with our crossfunctional team to deliver robust and scalable software solutions that meet our clients needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain serverside applications using Node.js.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.
• Implement and maintain APIs for seamless data exchange between various systems.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.
• Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Developer with a focus on Node.js development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and knowledge of frameworks such as Express.js.
• Experience with RESTful APIs microservices architecture and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React Angular or Vue.js).
• Knowledge of database systems (e.g. MongoDB MySQL PostgreSQL).
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
