Job Description

Hello from Drinx Market! We are a liquor store in Capitol Heights and currently we are looking for Team Leader. If you have previous Inventory Management and/or Warehouse Management and/or Retail Management experience, join our team!

Personality:

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, determined, organized, result-oriented leader capable of guiding, maintaining, coaching, and motivating the whole team. It s important that you have a responsible approach to work and can provide a respectful attitude to your co-workers and customers.

Responsibilities:

Lead, manage and coach the team
Provide prompt, friendly customer service
Supervise cashiers including assigning work, training, and reviewing quality of work.
Authorize returns, exchanges, and voids
Train new cashiers
Monitore sales volume and set cashiers weekly schedules to meet business needs
Review schedule daily to ensure it is followed
Provide reports of the work performed

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

Experienced in Inventory Management, and/or Warehouse Management and/or Retail Management at least 2 years
Strong leadership and communicative skills
Strong problem-solving, management, and organization skills
Ability to fact-check the information
Ability to maintain a friendly work environment
Must be 21 or older

Schedule: 4 working days in a week Friday-Monday (morning and evening shift), Tue-Wed-Thu are days OFF
