- 15+ Years in Facility / Security Services Sales. Those with Corporate Sales background and willing to get into Security Services business also can apply
- Should have worked / Managed business in at least 2 of the 3 South Indian Cities (Bangalore / Chennai / Hyd)
- Experience / Good network within Corporate companies in South India
ORGANISATION
A UK based diversified business. They have a well established vertical in Security Services in UK. They have recently established their presence in India in Corporate Security & Cleaning services and are looking to expand the business in South and the rest of India
ROLE
Lead the Sales and Business Development, reporting to the CEO for the security and cleaning division. Drive (new) sales and deliver agreed sales targets. The role will start by acquiring clients in South India and will gradually establish a Pan India presence.
Deliver great sales
- Understands the business and processes (how we do business)
- Develop and deliver a sales strategy
- Oversee the sales process (from prospect identification to order)
- Be part of the wider marketing team to support new sales targets
People (sales and marketing team)

Requirements
CANDIDATE
- An industry professional / specialist with 3 years minimum Manager / Director level experience within the security and cleaning industry
- Those from industries other than security and cleaning but have relevant experience in Corporate Sales may also be considered.
- Must have worked in South India, preferably in multiple states
- Expert negotiator
- Holds a valid driving license
- Proficient in the use of excel, word and powerpoint (or equivalent)
- Hardworking, leads by example, disciplined, adaptable, can do attitude with a strategic sales outlook and passionate about delivering sales targets
- Communicates professionally well (written and verbally) at several business levels
- Strong organisation, planning and time management skills with high attention to detail and an ability to plan and prioritise to meet timescales and deadlines
- A fast learner who can hit the ground running and motivated to drive their own personal development and willing to develop new skills and undertake responsibility.
