Handling the day-to-day safety & operation of the Gym and tennis court and other facilities.
Handling the duty roster and training for the team.
Responsible for the inventory, storage and maintenance.
Knowledge with Gym equipment’s is advantage.
Has the administration skills for daily reports, email inquiries, complaints, finance and another department concern
Good communication and customer service experience to attend guests requests courteously and promptly in the course of duty.
Experienced to deal with partner and third party
Computer literate in Microsoft application, Outlook and cashiering
Self-Development, Teamwork, Leadership and supervisory skills.
Record and monitor daily safety checks on all equipment, report any hazards and ensure works are completed
Developing training programmes to ensure all areas of the department operate and comply with all company policy & procedures and deliver a high level of customer service / attends all training and development sessions and performs all other duties as assigned to him/her by the Managers
Provide admin support to the department, overseeing the effective organisation of all department filing & processes
