Sales & Marketing: Achieve the sales targets for product group through implementation of the strategy through different business channels and the right product-mix. Research & identify new business opportunities, implementing strategic initiatives that enhance product visibility, improve user experience, drive traffic, and ultimately increase conversions.
Operations: Manage order collection from customer, oversee invoice generation, coordinate packaging, and communicate with logistics for timely delivery and shipment handling. Responsible for managing and optimizing online Business processes. Overseeing various online operational activities, enhancing user experience.
Data Analysis and Performance Reporting: Coordinate with marketing teams to support online campaigns and promotions and optimize product placements (Listing) to maximize visibility and sales. Analyze ecommerce sales data, user behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare regular reports and presentations to share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with principal to enable pricing support and acquiring of new business, product launch and marketing. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, customer service, and logistics to streamline operations and improve online service delivery.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative ideas that drive growth and efficiency within the ecommerce domain.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Support and attend offline marketing activities such as roadshows, brand visibility engagement classes etc. with retail team.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Marketing or a related field.
