Roles & Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: DIGITAL MEDIA • Serve as Guggenheim app project leader, work with internal stakeholders to reach consensus, communicate project details, and manage project expectations • Liaise with internal and external resources to communicate project needs effectively and ensure that content deliverables, including text, audio files, videos, and slideshows, are on track and consistent across all media • Supervise, train, and contract with both in-house and freelance staff responsible for executing projects • Ensure new content and releases are managed effectively by interfacing with other museum staff and external vendors to schedule and oversee content pushes in the museum
