- Lead compliance to the AECOM governance process for bids in the civil infrastructure department, including adherence to the AECOM Delegation of Authority.
- Review CI team’s governance documentation prior to submission.
Legal Compliance:
- Collaborate with legal counsel to address legal issues and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and documents.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Conduct risk assessments of proposed contracts, identifying potential legal and commercial risks and proposing appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to minimize legal and financial risks associated with commercial activities.
Contract Management:
- Manage the contractual issues at the pre-contract stage, including reviewing contracts, tender documentation, and other.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and related documents.
- Monitor contract issues, identify and resolve any discrepancies or challenges that may arise.
