Role Overview
Join AECOM's 2024 Graduate Program and embark on an exciting journey as a Graduate Talent Management Coordinator (UAE National) joining the Human Resources team . In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating talent management initiatives and Emiratisation programs to support our organization's growth and development objectives.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Graduate Talent Management:
- Assist in the coordination of the orientation programs for new graduates, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.
- Learn about the design and implementation of tailored development plans for graduate hires.
- Monitor and assess the progress of graduate talent, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Emiratisation Programs:
- Work closely with the Talent Management team to develop and implement Emiratisation Programs in alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with local educational institutions to create partnerships, internships, and recruitment initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government policies and initiatives related to Emiratisation and ensure compliance.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of Emiratisation Programs, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Learn how to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of graduate talent and Emiratisation initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and department heads.
- Liaise with external partners, educational institutions, and government agencies to enhance the organization's presence in graduate talent circles.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the organization in promoting Emiratisation initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration/Management or related required from an accredited University.
- Candidates must be recent graduates (2024, 2023, 2022), to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.
- Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 or 2:1 (or equivalent) and above.
- Knowledge of Emiratisation initiatives and the local job market highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
