Product Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from discovery stage to outcome, ensuring products are delivered with the greatest experience
- Accountable for the product adoption, you’ll articulate go to market and adoption strategy and lead the execution of the plan to create impact with your product
- Manage proactively your product portfolio to ensure state of the art consumer experience.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Be the inspirational leader who attracts, develops and retains the best talent within the region.
- Grow and lead a dynamic product management team, fostering a culture of consumer centricity, collaboration, and high impact.
- Mentor your product managers to elevate the product management practice while nurturing product manager’s professional growth.
- Enforce product management process to ensure proper delivery
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the C-suite and the leadership of engineering, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of the product strategy.
- Advocate for a holistic, cross-functional approach to product development, emphasizing collaboration and shared goals.
Financial Management:
- Collaborate with the finance and executive teams to develop and manage product budgets that align with strategic objectives.
Communication and Reporting:
- Effectively communicate the product strategy, progress, and key milestones to internal stakeholders and the executive team.
- Provide regular updates on product performance, key metrics, and the impact of product initiatives on overall business objectives.
Essential - Attitude, Knowledge and Skills:
- Track record in Digital Product Management role with 10+ years experience.
- 5+ year of experience in product leadership position (director or above) with proven track record in people management, attracting and retain product talent talent
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management capability.
- Experienced with mass product serving million of consumers
- Ability to achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders both with and without direct authority.
- Strong experience in product rituals to shorten time to market and amplify product impact.
- Business Centric - passionate about finding the intersection between solving customer problems and business value.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Strong storytelling skills that creates buy in in the organisation
