-
- Development of customized System Architect reports for Enterprise Architecture (EA)
- Building required plug-ins to be used by EA
- Provide Daily Administration activities on System Architect
- Support Users and ensure smooth operation of the platform
- Develop required MS Word macros, Net programs, and Scripts to produce System Architect templates and reports
- Develop, customize & enhance plugins for System Architect Tool
- Provide full technical support for installation related to SA tools & plugins
- Enhance the Meta-model as required
- Take lead from Business & Technology architecture units to enhance and support System Architect as required
- Innovate new approaches and techniques for using, deploying, and expoloiting System Architect for Dubai Customs
