Job Description – Sales Appointment Setter
We are looking to recruit a Sales Appointment Setter to join a fast growing Sales ecommerce business based in Germany & Dubai to bolster their already strong and dedicated team. This role would be suitable for candidates that already has sales experience to set appointments for the Sales Closers.

- Work Type: Full Time Remote Position (until an office is sought)
- Salary: £2500 EUR per month Bonus

The Firm
Responsibilities
- Making contact via email and telephone (initial meeting always by telephone)
- Conduct sales pitch (according to Setter guidelines)
- Setting Appointments with Closer
- Needs analysis (see gold standard)
- Advising our customers on their goals
- Conduct friendly but goaloriented customer meetings
- Objection handling and techniques
- Follow up regularly (he hasn't bought yet keep at it)
- Follow up after submitting an offer
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in sales
- Experience in cold calling
- Ability to make friendly but goaloriented customer meetings
- Mastery of objection handling and techniques
- Mastery and application of benefit arguments
- Closing applying the closing strategy "Closing the bag"
Salary & Other Benefits
- Fixed salary of EUR 2500 per month bonuses for each deal closed
- Opportunity to earn much more monthly based on targets
- Close collaboration with Germany's best sales trainer Dirk Kreuter and his team
- Opportunity to work remotely until the Dubai office opens
- Chance to move to Dubai and work in our new office (if not already in Dubai)
- Opportunity to train as a Sales Closer
