- Identify new business opportunities, expand and execute strategic partnerships within the assigned portfolio of the Clients with a particular focus on the products.
- Develop and nurture a strong partnership with the Clients to promote and elevate the interests of the Bank’s business and ensure high quality execution.
- Deepen client relationships through regular engagement, thought leadership and solution driven approach, aimed at building long-term partnerships with key accounts.
- Maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism at all times ensuring adherence to the regulatory, compliance and best practice standards, and Bank’s policies
- Participate in relevant client events and off-site events as and when required.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from researching, planning, sourcing, contacting, negotiating, converting and following up with clients.
- Liaise and coordinate with the internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects
- Participate in overseas exhibitions and events as required and network with potential business partners
- Achieve and exceed the sales targets as per KPIs set by the business line
- Promote the Bank’s strategic global brand and creating a positive reputation in line with Bank’s values
Requirement of Skills and Experience:
- University degree in a related field (Finance/Economic/Accounting. etc.)
- Native speaker of/professional fluent in English is a must.
- Fluency in Arabic and Chinese is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years’, ideally 3-5 years’ in international bank/financial industry sales experience
- Knowledge of the Bank’s Products is a plus
- Outstanding networking skills to develop and engage with customer relationships
- Strong team spirit and excellent cross-functional communication skill
- Experience and ability of organizing and conducting marketing events
- Strong communication and presentation skills
