Job Description
- Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the company, aligned with the goals of stakeholders and shareholders.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and risks to formulate strategic initiatives that drive growth and ensure the company's competitive advantage.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Oversee all aspects of operations, including fleet management, logistics, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and optimize processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop annual budgets and long-term financial plans in collaboration with the executive team and board of directors.
