Senior Associate Post Acquisition Integration

• Manage the post-acquisition integration process, ensuring a smooth transition of the acquired entities into the company's operational, cultural, and strategic frameworks.
• Collaborate with management to outline integration strategies, objectives, and key deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing timelines, milestones, and resource allocations, to oversee the integration process effectively.
• Work alongside various departments (R&D, regulatory affairs, finance, sales, and marketing) to ensure alignment with overall business goals during the integration phase.
