Collaborate with management to outline integration strategies, objectives, and key deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing timelines, milestones, and resource allocations, to oversee the integration process effectively.
Work alongside various departments (R&D, regulatory affairs, finance, sales, and marketing) to ensure alignment with overall business goals during the integration phase.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders promoting a unified approach to integration.
Track and report on the progress of integration efforts, evaluating performance against established goals and metrics.
Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies within the integration framework.
The Candidate
MBA or other advanced degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience with leading consulting companies and/or in-house strategic planning teams, focusing on strategic planning and project management ideally with experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
