Job Description
- Manage and oversee all sales activities, including but not limited to lead generation, client meetings, and order processing.
- Leading and Mentoring Business Development Field Team at UAE and Responsible for field sales team’s overall performance
- Guiding and mentoring team for revenue generation by appointment of New Channel Partners (NCP). Further working closely with field sales team for enhancing business from New and Existing Channel Partners (ECP)
- Working closely with Field Sales team for Negotiations and Order Closures
- Prepare detailed MIS reports and related analyses to present to the Management, offering insights into sales performance and market trends
- Provide essential backend support to the sales team, including data collection, analysis, and administrative assistance
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing departments to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and enhancing brand visibility
- Regularly review and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
