• You will be responsible in ensuring that beverage standards in all areas are of exceptional level whilst adhering to Dorchester Collection values and enabling the hotel to achieve the highest levels of standards and service
• Training, coaching, and mentoring - the Head Mixologist should operate with exceptional standards, both on an operational level and from a team development perspective. The Head Mixologist will play an integral role in the quality of our beverage offerings and will share their knowledge with our teams and guests alike.

• You are passionate about our industry and are aware of all the latest F&B trends and developments around the world.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Other languages including Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish or German are highly desirable.
• You will have a relevant professional certification or hotel school diploma and bring a wealth of past experience working for luxury hotels and afternoon tea service at a well-renowned hotel.
