Project Execution:
Directs and manages an EPC project (multiple EPC Packages) in a manner that achieves project requirements for safety, quality, engineering, schedule, construction, and cost management.
Ensure compliance with Company's objectives, requirements, priorities, policies, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and guidelines provided by Company from time to time.
Take necessary corrective action to align project back on track in case of deviations from plans (cost, schedule, quality, HSE, performance, operability, maintainability, etc.).
Minimize as much as possible the change orders/variations. Minimize and mitigate the disputes with the contractors.
