- Hiring: Manage the full-cycle process from creative sourcing to complex closing and recruitment coordination of interviews. You'll advise on interview best practices, refine processes and build diverse talent pools for Emiratization, Operations, Customer Care, Editions and Sites hiring.
- Process Improvement: You'll identify opportunities to improve our approach and guide meaningful changes. Using data to influence hiring managers will be key.
- Data integrity driven: Driving data integrity across all roles.

Requirements and things we'd like to see in you
- 0-2 years experience in recruitment, sourcing, screening candidates
- Outstanding sourcing skills if preferred - build candidate pipelines; approach and build relationships with great people to join Deliveroo
- Proficient data skills, utilising a variety of tools (i.e. ATS in general such as Workday, Ashby Analytics & Greenhouse), to highlight trends in data and influencing through data
- English communication skills verbal and written
