Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in UAE insurance industry, preferably in a brokerage environment.
- Strong understanding of various lines of insurance, including property, casualty, liability, engineering and other commercial lines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and insurer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance agency management systems.
