General Technician

• Performs general upkeep maintenance tasks and manual repairs: painting & carpentry, lock systems, landscaping.
• Surveys venue and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with standards.
• Performs maintenance work of electrical systems such as replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, etc.
• Assists in fixing of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when required.
• Maintains heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Performs regular maintenance of pools: brushing, vacuuming, water testing, pumps & filters etc.
• Inspect alarm systems (fire & gas protection)
• Fixes machine breakdowns as they occur, and as requested of him by his immediate supervisor.
• Keeping acceptable levels of spare parts and special kits, tools and equipment to maintain machines
• Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Electrical or Mechanical field
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Hospitality / Restaurants
• Good working knowledge of English
• Computer literate
• Experience in Hospitality field is required
