Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless guest experience.
Monitor and maintain guest records, including contact information, preferences and feedback.
Ensure consistent communication from the department to the Manager on duty in that all customer requests and feedback are responded to promptly and efficiently.
Meet with guests on an informal basis during meals or upon departure to obtain feedback on quality of food and beverage, service levels and overall satisfaction.
Handle guest enquiries, problems and complaints.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management from a reputable university or Hospitality Diploma is preferred
Minimum 2 years of similar experience from a high-end fine dining restaurant.
Excellent written and verbal communication Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with attention to details
Self-Motivated creative and confident, with a highly energetic personality
