Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on events and/or hospitality.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns (digital, social media, PR, etc.) relevant to the events/hospitality industry.
In-depth knowledge of the events and hospitality landscape, including current trends and target audience behaviors.
A creative mind that thrives on brainstorming innovative marketing ideas, particularly those that integrate with events.
Excellent communication and interpersonal ss, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong ytical ss with a data-driven approach to marketing and campaign performance tracking.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and marketing ytics platforms is a plus.
