Senior Media Analyst

• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate trends in news and social media related to companies, government bodies, campaigns, and spokespeople.
• Utilize media monitoring tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Quid) to set up and execute complex topics using Boolean queries.
• Visualize and present data to inform clients' communication strategies.
• Filter and categorize information according to client requirements.
• Develop creative and critical analyses to provide actionable insights to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deconstruct complex topics and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Contribute to strategic planning to enhance our media monitoring offerings.
• Foster a culture of analytical excellence and data literacy across the team.

Your experience and skills:

• Proven experience in media monitoring and analysis, with a hands-on approach and strategic mindset.
• Expertise in media monitoring tools and advanced Boolean query execution.
• Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to present data clearly and effectively.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
• Solid understanding of public relations and global affairs, and the ability to analyze data to drive communication strategies.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to develop creative ways to analyze and present data.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
