Job Description
- Establishes good rapport with guests while maintaining appropriate guest-employee relationships.
- Prepares treatment areas according to specifications at the end of each treatment.
- Knows the benefits, indications and contraindications of all spa services, professional and retail products.
- Commits to follow strictly Four Seasons Spa code of Ethics, Conflict of interest and Client privacy policies
- Complies with Four Seasons standard culture and operational criteria and provides retail prescription cards
What You Bring
- Previous at least 5 years’ experience within the same role in a 5* luxury Hotel.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
- Licensed massage therapist, holistic health practitioner is a plus.
- Certified Therapist
