Order Pickup and Delivery:

• Pick up and deliver orders promptly from various locations including restaurants stores and warehouses to customers addresses.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all items maintaining high standards of customer service.
  

Route Planning:

• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
  
• Utilize GPS navigation and other tools to navigate efficiently and avoid traffic congestion.
  

Customer Interaction:

• Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices.
  
• Wear appropriate safety gear including helmets and reflective vests as required.
  
• Conduct pretrip and posttrip inspections of the delivery bike to ensure it is in good working condition.
  

Order Handling:

• Verify the accuracy of orders before leaving for delivery.
  
• Handle and transport orders carefully to avoid damage or spillage.
  

Payment Processing:

• Collect payments from customers when required and provide receipts.
  
• Handle cash and digital payments accurately and securely.
  

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries made including time of delivery payments received and any issues encountered.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Education:
