We are looking for an experienced Sr. Director of Product for a leading Tech Co. in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement transformative product strategies that increase customer value and simplify the user experience moving beyond incremental updates.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering operations sales and marketing to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- Define key metrics for product success and track performance against goals using datadriven insights to guide decisionmaking.
- Recruit hire and mentor a highperforming product and design team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous learning.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Board & Csuite providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and market leadership.
- Champion a usercentric approach to product development conducting market research gathering customer feedback and iterating on features to enhance user experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Communicate product plans progress and outcomes to internal stakeholders including executive leadership investors and board members.
Qualifications:
- 1015 years of experience in product management or a related leadership role with a focus on building B2C products in the technology & Ecommerce.
- Proven track record of successfully leading product and design teams and delivering innovative marketleading solutions from concept to launch.
- Deep understanding of machine learning technologies with the ability to translate technical concepts into userfriendly products and features.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decisionmaking and prioritize initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit hire and develop top talent fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Strong record of fostering innovation and implementing significant changes that simplify user interactions and enhance product value
