Job Description

  • Manage the document control system, including document storage, retrieval, and distribution.
  • Ensure all documents are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with company standards.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure documents are properly controlled and easily accessible.
  • Track document versions, revisions, and approvals.
  • Implement and maintain document control procedures and policies.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure document integrity and compliance.
  • Provide training and support to staff on document control processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of document control processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
