Job Description
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and quotes for clients.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations of products or services to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide relevant advice to clients.
- Act as a consultant to clients, providing expert advice on business strategies and solutions.
- Coordinate with sales team members to achieve overall sales objectives.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and records.
- Travel to client sites as needed.
