We are currently seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our International and M&A department focusing on managing a diverse range of initiatives and projects within the Pillar Two (Global Minimum Tax) team. This role is designed for a highly motivated individual who is adept at working with tax professionals to effectively manage project timelines monitor ongoing project statuses identify opportunities for enhancement and evaluate the outcomes of initiatives.Responsibilities:
Support the client facing team with respect to all aspects of nonclient work across the Middle East Region including with respect to people strategy and recruitment clients and market strategy business development initiatives training and awareness crossline of service collaboration and collaboration with the PwC global network
Lead knowledge building and sharing using knowledge management methodologies techniques and processes
Keep track of latest proposals including exact offerings
Assist project leaders to find resources (people) to be assigned on a project. That would involve checking the overall availability of people involved and ensure no over/under worked
Collaborate across the PwC global network to identify and drive sales opportunities build a strong pipeline with a One Firm approach and facilitate the closing of sales opportunities
Monitor the finances of all the projects overall and make insights on the pricing range of offerings
Support on pursuits and proposals account management marketing and communications client feedback and operations
Ability to monitor multiple (Pillar Two) projects including project finances project status adherence to timelines efficiencies etc
Monitor regularly the status of a project and proposals (ongoing stack waiting for info etc) and follow up with project leaders
Evaluate project outcomes in terms of quality consistency accuracy overall value completion dates and provider performance
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
Ability to overlook multiple projects
46 years of experience into similar PMO role
Leadership skills to engage with multiple stakeholders either internally or externally
Track record of success in a PMO role
Successful performance within team environments and enjoy being part of a team
Excellent organizational skills having the ability to prioritize workload whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Proficient in maintaining rigorous followup with colleagues while upholding the highest standards of professionalism
Skills in planning and reporting tools including Microsoft Project Excel PowerPoint and PMO tools (Asana Jira etc.)
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience in a previous PMO role in tax department is a plus
