Overview of the role
The HR analyst will be responsible for collecting analysing and interpreting data related to HR programs. This role involves working closely with the respective functional team to ensure that datadriven insights inform decisionmaking and optimize the effectiveness of training initiatives. This involves utilizing various data sources tools and methodologies to assess the impact of HR programs and provide actionable recommendations. In addition the HR analyst will manage the administrative aspects of the organizations and number of processes related to budgeting reporting organization maintenance on SAP/SuccessFactors .Plays a key role with the generalist knowledge to support different priorities within the department
