Job Description
- Assist the Senior Supervisor & Management with daily operational requirements ensuring that the Beach Operators/Cashiers follow the standard operating procedures set by the Management.
- Assist leading the day to day operation on the beach as per guidelines given by the Senior Supervisor and Management.
- Make sure a proper inspection is conducted and followed on a daily basis for all beach facilities prior to starting the operation including but not limited to all washrooms, showers, sunbeds, day rooms, kiosks, beach area.
- Ensure money handling procedures are well followed as set by the management and finance department guidelines (cash float and cash intake)
- Pushing the cashiers and beach attendants on the ground to maximize sales and guaranteeing a perfect customer journey
- Handling of customer feedback and complaints and reporting back to Senior Supervisor and Management
- To perform other duties that the Management may from time to time reasonably require.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements set out by management.
