Accounts Receivable Executive

• Generate and issue invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with payments or invoices.
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payments, or other irregularities and take appropriate action.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions and updates.
• Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and aging to management on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve customer inquiries or disputes related to billing.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4-5 years of proven experience working in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
