Job Title: Bilingual Learning and Development Specialist
Location: El Monte, CA
Salary: Up to $85,000 - $90,000 depending on qualifications
Summary: LHH is seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Learning and Development Specialist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and either Chinese or Spanish, with prior experience in implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and developing training programs. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with managers to drive learning initiatives across various departments. Experience in sales and marketing as well as manufacturing and distribution industries is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and administer the rollout of a new Learning Management System (LMS) scheduled for this year.
- Collaborate with managers to develop procedures for training programs tailored to different departments.
- Drive learning and development initiatives to ensure training compliance and effectiveness.
- Act as a communication facilitator, leading conversations and facilitating discussions on various topics including skills development and employee engagement.
- Develop and deliver training programs related to sales, marketing, customer resolution, production procedures, and supply chain management.
- Manage onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze findings to identify areas for improvement.
- Organize and execute employee appreciation events to foster a positive work culture.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and either Chinese or Spanish is mandatory.
- Prior experience in implementing and administering Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead discussions and explain complex topics to employees.
- Experience in Learning and Development within sales, marketing, production, and supply chain industries.
