Description of the Role:

1. Design and develop engaging training materials covering essential topics such as real estate laws sales techniques and customer service.
   
2. Deliver interactive training sessions tailored to meet the diverse needs and skill levels of our agents both inperson and through virtual platforms.
   
3. Conduct regular training needs assessments to ensure our programs align with business objectives and industry standards.
   
4. Foster a supportive learning environment offering ongoing mentorship and guidance to agents to help them excel in their roles.
   
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices integrating new knowledge into training programs to keep our team at the forefront of the market.
   
6. Collaborate with real estate companies and training institutions to promote and organize a variety of highquality courses for continuous professional development.
   

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in real estate training or a related field with a focus on customer service is preferred.
   
2. Solid understanding of real estate industry practices including sales leasing and regulatory requirements.
   
3. Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs workshops or seminars.
   
4. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively convey complex information.
   
5. Strong presentation abilities to engage learners and facilitate interactive training sessions.
   
6. Flexibility to adapt training approaches and materials to accommodate different learning styles and proficiency levels.
