The project:

This is an opportunity to work on a complex masterplan program in Dubai. The development will hold residential hotels retail and commercial units.

Youll be responsible for:

• Design Management of major masterplan project in the UAE specifically about the built environment.

• Responsible for coordinating design activities to deliver assigned elements of the project plan.

• Ensures briefs and stakeholder requirements are adhered to.

• Provides operational support for design management resource deployed to project/s.

• Interprets and presents management review data/key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.

• Ensures management system and governance is adhered across the lifecycle of project/s and project.

• Responsible for review and input into management reviews collating analysing and presenting data and key metrics.

• Develops effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Coordinates with team/s ensuring coordinated deliverables.

• Actively seeks out knowledge and experience through Company reach back.

• Actively seeks understanding and utilise the Centre of Excellence (CoE) knowledge base.

• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

Youll need to have:

• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.

• Good knowledge & application of design management systems design risk management and mitigation. Excellent knowledge of prefabrication/ build strategies. Multiple sector experience delivering different building types.

Youll also have:

• Strong communication organizational presentation and writing skills.

• Maintains impartiality & takes pragmatic approach evaluating evidence.

• Educated to degree level preferably in design relevant discipline (or equivalent).
