Job Description

Remote location: United States.Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of sales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products and platforms.
  • Experience engaging with accounts, selling a portfolio of products at C-level.
  • Experience planning, pitching and implementing territory business plans.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with large, complex commercial and legal negotiations working with procurement, legal, and business teams.
  • Experience promoting Google Cloud computing technologies to large and complex organizations across geographies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.
  • Ability to influence decisions at the executive level.
  • Ability to present analyses and break down technical concepts into simple terms to present to diverse, technical, and non-technical audiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating a plan to ensure broad account engagement with large accounts within the territory. You will develop and provide a sales strategy that aligns to the Google Public Sector (GPS) Cloud strategy. In addition to gathering, managing and directing the larger GPS team to assist with the account strategy. You will inspire leading organizations in Government to work smarter with tools (e.g., WorkSpace, GCP, and GDCH).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$164,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Build executive relationships with enterprise customers. Bring mature C-level relationships to help us grow into new organizations.
  • Negotiate and manage complex business-cycles, often presenting to C-level executives in corporate customers.
  • Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Customer Engineers and Google Partners.
  • Understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans and business drivers, technology strategy, and external landscape.
  • Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
