Hiring a Quality Lead-- Georgetown Area

Weekly Pay- up to $27/hr

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality Team Lead located in Georgetown, TX. The Quality Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day quality control operations, conducting quality audits, managing quality assurance processes, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure high-quality standards are met. The role will also involve implementing and improving quality management practices. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning in the absence of the Quality Manager. This role will be responsible for managing the team, conducting inspections,

implementing corrective actions, and maintaining quality standards through the day.

This position will be a working Lead spot. The position will be 75-80% on the floor doing hand and physical inspection, and 20-25% at a desk doing visual inspection.

This person will be inspecting plastic parts such as bottles, knife sharpeners, vacuum dust collectors, industrial fan blades, and plastic waste bins.

• Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
• Analytical Skills
• Experience in conducting quality audits.
• Knowledge of quality management practices
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in the injection molding or blow molding industry preferred
• Address the quality issues that may arise while coaching and guiding employees regarding quality standards.
• Identify root causes and develop action plans for improvement.
• Provide training and support to ensure the quality standards are met.
