Develop and implement monthly sales targets for the sales team.
Lead and conduct the monthly business review for the property sales team.
Provide direct support to the Director of Property Sales using a management consulting approach.
Analyze competitive business models, offering strategic recommendations to strengthen our market position.
Regularly attend client meetings (minimum of 3 times per month) to support Sales Account Managers.
Design and create dashboards tracking competition performance, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Establish processes and SOPs (standard operating procedures) for the Sales Ops team.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, operations, finance, and marketing to develop data-driven business strategies and roadmaps.
Extract and share data with stakeholders using Dashboards/Reports or Google Sheets.
Work closely with product managers to improve product offerings, including pricing strategies and new product experiments.
Enhance the CRM tool by integrating business needs and product requirements.
Manage self-service tools for end-users, facilitating data exploration with minimal assistance.
Present models, findings, and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Provide objective recommendations on business strategy, monetization, and operational improvements.
Develop documentation and presentations for management.
Partner with the finance team to develop budgets, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses based on data-driven insights and operating metrics.
Monitor and track in-month performance metrics.
Act as the point of contact between the Central Data Team and Sales, spending most of the time on the sales floor preparing sales aid kits and presentations.
Oversee and manage the profit and loss (P&L) of the online property.
Ensure timely delivery of projects, either independently or by involving other analysts as needed.
Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously on complex projects without direct supervision.
Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and validating their work.
Take initiative to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Statistics, Master is an advantage
6+ years of work experience in strategy / business analytics/sales enabler role, having closely worked with product in an internet/e-commerce company
Experience in e-commerce, internet and/or digital media
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Knowledgeable in SQL
Strong problem-solving skills and Commercial and Financial concepts.
Ability to crunch heavy data, build insights and drive operational decision making
Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data and information into actionable insights and business recommendations
Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
