Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Assist customers in understanding the services offered by Expat Maid "Tadbeer Center," including the Tadbeer program, eligibility criteria, and application process.
Guide customers through the documentation and application procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Typing customer applications through the government portal with accuracy and speed.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate the smooth processing of customer applications, and service requests.
Provide personalized assistance and support to customers, offering solutions to their specific needs and requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, utilizing the Tadbeer system.
Conduct follow-up calls or emails with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided and address any outstanding issues.
Requirements:
High school diploma or Diploma (university certificate) in a relevant field.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with Tadbeer Center and program.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge of domestic worker recruitment processes and regulations in the UAE is preferred.
