Identify potential clients, markets, and sectors for business expansion, monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities, collaborating with sales and marketing teams on targeted outreach campaigns.
Conduct introductory meetings with potential clients, presenting tailored proposals and solutions to understand their needs and qualify opportunities.
Follow up on marketing created leads to progress them through the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Understand marketing campaigns and strategy to integrate this in all outreach and follow up activity
Support other business development initiatives and projects as assigned by the leadership team.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence others.
Strong networking abilities, confidently initiating and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Proactive and results-driven mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
