- Division Management: Lead and oversee the pressure control division, including planning, organizing, and directing all divisional activities to ensure efficient operations and achievement of business objectives.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge in BOPs, valves, choke/kill manifolds, and related pressure control equipment. Provide technical guidance and support to the team as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including API certifications. Implement and maintain quality management systems to uphold product quality and safety standards.
- Dismantle/Assembly/Function Test: Oversee dismantle, assembly, and function testing activities for pressure control equipment. Ensure adherence to procedures and specifications to guarantee equipment reliability and performance.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing solutions to meet their needs. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to the pressure control division team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate training and development initiatives.
