Manage and oversee marine construction projects from inception to completion.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on marine engineering and construction activities.
Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct site inspections and quality assurance activities to ensure that work is performed in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
Supervise and mentor junior engineers and construction personnel as needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and issue resolution related to marine construction projects.
Qualifications:
Master's / Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in marine engineering and construction management.
Strong technical knowledge of marine construction methods, materials, and equipment.
Experience with project management software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership abilities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
