Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

• Conduct thorough medical assessments, including physical examinations and medical histories
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
  

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records
  

Emergency Response:

• Respond efficiently and calmly in emergency situations, providing immediate care and initiating appropriate interventions
  

Quality Improvement:

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
