- Developing policies, guidelines, standards and regulations relevant to the Digital Government
- Identify, measure and monitor digital transformation KPIs for Government entities
- Manage communication with Government entities on relevant indicators
- Report on achievements on a periodic basis
- Conduct compliance and audit activities with the relevant regulations
- Conducting benchmark analysis in the field of digital transformation and identifying opportunities for implementation
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience digital transformation, strategy and performance management, preferably in the government sector
- Industrial engineer, Business management, digital transformation education is preferable
- Skills in data analytical tools such as PowerBI, Visio or Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills (Arabic/English)
