Roles & Responsibilities
Acts as dealer’s service representative to the customer and customer’s representative to the service shop:
Vehicle/service customer reception
Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance
Prepare work order (job card) for needed repair, showing parts, time, cost and labor estimate
Write a brief description of the problem on the repair order
Analyze customer’s demands, according to the workshop loading
Responsible for quality of the deadline commitment agreed with the customer
Explain the work performed and charges to the customer
