- Produce documentation for all channels to sign off and monitor adherence to the policy.
- Ensure that transparency for data is highlighted and take remedial steps to rectify any areas of misunderstanding with all other interfacing depts.
- Drives the definition of processes and policies, supply business rules and procedures, and communicate the contexts in which the rules, processes and policies are applied.
- Validate the requirements and deliverables that describe the product(s) or service(s) that the project/program will produce.
- Manages, coordinates and enhances the TDRA Compliance/Sales Operations technical requirements and demands.
- Responsible for managing the delivery of technical, IT related projects on behalf of Sales business owners.
- Business analysis of business requirements to have complete and comprehensive technical details.
- Determine business targets based on approved corporate targets and oversee direct channel activities ensuring that all (maximum possible) opportunities are utilized to their maximum potential in order to achieve the sales targets and increase profitability.
- Report and maintain ongoing dialogue with the head and inform periodically about the performance and achievement of key strategic and financial targets.
- Plan, develop and deploy methodologies and performance matrix based on department strategies in order to optimise regional sales operations and development of both exclusive and non-exclusive sales channels.
- Liaise with Regulatory Affairs team to ensure full government regulatory compliance in the sales processes across all types of Sales Channels.
- Ensure the timely and accurate generation of sales incentives and compensations for all sales channels.
- Plan the correct and efficient fulfilment of all material required by sales channels
- Seek automation opportunities to improve the efficiency, quality and reduce cost.
Education & Experience
Bachelors in Marketing/Business Administration/IT or related fields
3 years of experience in sales channels/sales operations or related fields in a medium to large corporation.
